MIKE KHOURY - Director

Mike Khoury is Counsel in the San Francisco office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, where he serves as a trial attorney and business advisor.  His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution involving technology, entertainment, financial services, and real estate matters. Mike represents both plaintiffs and defendants in high‑stakes litigation, trials, and arbitrations, including major technology companies and leading financial institutions.  He also works closely with financial technology companies on issues affecting the fintech industry.  In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Mike maintains a pro bono practice focused on access to public records, primarily under the Freedom of Information Act.

Mike has been recognized as a Northern California Rising Star in Business Litigation by Thomson Reuters (2022–2026) and was named a Best Lawyers: One to Watch in Commercial Litigation (2025).

Mike earned his J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where he served as Class President, Senior Development Editor of the Hastings Law Journal, and President of the Middle Eastern Law Students Association.  He received his B.S. in Justice Studies, summa cum laude, from San José State University.

Mike is passionate about fostering connections within the Arab American legal community and regularly mentors law students and junior attorneys as they develop their legal careers.
