Ban Al‑Wardi is an immigration attorney licensed in California and the founder of the Law Offices of Ban Al‑Wardi, established in 2000. Her practice focuses on complex immigration matters, including asylum, humanitarian relief, family‑based immigration, consular processing, and removal defense before the immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals. She represents clients nationwide and at U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide.

Recognized for her expertise in asylum and humanitarian protection, Ban is regularly invited to speak as an expert panelist at immigration law conferences and trains attorneys on advanced immigration topics. Ban is fluent in Arabic and English and serves on multiple bar association immigration law committees, including leadership roles within the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the American Bar Association (ABA). 

As a member of the NAABA National Board, Ban supports NAABA’s mission to strengthen the Arab American legal community and expand access to legal resources nationwide.
