RAMI JABARA - President

Rami Jabara is an experienced energy-transactional attorney based in Dallas, Texas. He began practicing with a boutique energy law firm and later joined the Charney Brown firm where he currently advises exploration & production companies in business and regulatory matters related to their operations. He also prepares oil and gas title opinions, asset-sale agreements and additionally handles estate & probate matters for clients across Texas and Oklahoma. Rami was born in Beirut, Lebanon but moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma at an early age. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Oklahoma and juris doctor with honors from the University of Tulsa.

Outside of his practice, Rami advocates for criminal justice reform, and hate crime awareness and prevention throughout the country. Rami also collaborates with local and federal law enforcement agencies to enhance police practices concerning hate and bias-motivated conduct. He is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association, having recently served as chair of the Minority Participation Committee. Rami is a proud founding member of NAABA and is passionate about connecting Arab American attorneys & law students across the country. Rami resides in Dallas with his wife Jenna (an immigration attorney) and their two children.
